Eloy Silvestre Kockanny

Eloy Silvestre is an Architect and Urbanist from the Federal University of Paraná, graduated in 1971.
He worked as coordinator of Road Circulation at IPPUC from 1972 to 2000, being responsible for studies and projects related to road structure and public transportation, and for the management of urban traffic in Curitiba. He participated in the projects of the various axes and Terminals of the Urban Transportation System of Curitiba.
He is a partner and technical responsible of VIA 11 CONSULTORIA ESTUDOS E PROJETOS DE MOBILIDADE URBANA LTDA since 2001, having developed studies and projects related to urban mobility in several cities of the country.
He also works as a consultant for several companies in cities in the country and abroad, including Jaime Lerner Arquitetos Associados, in the area of Urban Mobility.
